We Care

Your feedback and input are very important to us. We are founded on three pillars that are focused on: Spa Operations, Education and Vendor Support. Each Board is committed to share ideas, concerns, experiences, and best practices as a group. Our boards meet on monthly basis to brainstorm current trends and collect data to share with our members resources. Due to wellness growth, we have created a mentorship program that supports our junior members with a platform to learn and grow with classes offered by industry professionals.

Innovative Ideas

Our Vendor Members are highlighted, celebrated and encouraged to share their brands with our Spa Members. We have created spa resources that support our vendors with a platform to share product launches, new marketing campaigns, and seasonal offerings. Our spa members are invited to attend our events, take advantage of our complimentary resources, gifted spa product boxes, and join like-minded individuals that are passionate for all things Spa and Wellness.

Creating Connections

We have created both Virtual and In-Person events to support connections in our growing regions. As a member, you will be invited to our complimentary Lunch & Learn events to learn about brands and ideas. Our in-person events are by invitation only and as a member you will be given priority to attend some of the best meetings in great locations. Connect with our spa and vendor members from your region.

Business Growth

We know that growth both financial and in networking are a must in our industry. We have grown our territory to cover North America, Mexico and the Caribbean. We have also added an education calendar that supports service providers as well as operations staff. Growth through education is the goal for our association.

For the past few years we have come together as a group of Spa and Wellness Professionals and did some pretty amazing things, here are some accomplishments that stand out: 

  • SESPAA was created in 2019 to connect our Southeast Region 
  • During the frenzy of the pandemic, we quickly shifted and stayed connected in our industry with weekly Virtual Meetings, Spa Talks and Monthly Newsletters 
  • Created complimentary resources to assist our spa members re-opening their business 
  • Hosted weekly virtual Lunch and Learns to help our Vendors stay connected with Spa Buyers even while furloughed 
  • Celebrated our Spa Directors with Essential Spa Boxes filled with goodies from our Vendor Members 
  • Supported front-line service men and women with gift boxes 
  • Hosted professional speakers and doctors to share knowledge and support with our members 
  • In 2021 we extended our regions to include the Northeast as well as the Caribbean and Mexico 
  • Hosted our first post pandemic in-person event at the Carillon Wellness Center in Miami Beach in October of 2020, followed by 2021 in-person events for our regions in: Atlanta, Dallas, Miami, and NYC 
  • Built a team of dedicated Board Directors and Advisors that shared invaluable information to our members

For 2022 we want to focus on staying safe, engaged, educated and connected. Our amazing Board and Advisors have worked on creating education calendars, resources, events- both virtual and in-person as well as platforms for conversations and connectivity to stay “in the know”.
